  • For-profit U.S. business in an eligible industry
  • Typically 2+ years in business (startups considered)
  • Owner credit score 650+ (680+ preferred)
  • Business cash flow covers debt service (DSCR 1.25x+)
  • No prior SBA defaults or unresolved federal debt
  • Personal guarantee from all owners with 20%+ stake

Equipment Loans — Key Requirements
  • 1+ year in business (select lenders accept startups)
  • Credit score 620+ for most programs
  • Equipment serves as primary collateral
  • Invoice or vendor quote required at application
  • New and used equipment generally eligible
  • Soft costs such as delivery and installation often financeable
Loan Range: $25K – $5M
Commercial Real Estate — Key Requirements
  • Owner-occupied (51%+) for SBA; investment for conventional
  • LTV typically 65–80% depending on program
  • Property appraisal and Phase I environmental required
  • Borrower liquidity and net worth reviewed
  • 2+ years business operating history preferred
  • DSCR minimum 1.20x–1.25x
